I was trying to set up the printer so I could scan to the google cloud, but I can't rememember the username or password in order to get into network. The username and password I thought it was is apparently not correct. Please help.

Wireless printing
My printer won't connect wirelessly. It says that the wireless settings are on but it can't connect. I got a new Wireless router, an Airport Extreme Base Station. How do I connect this thing. I am using a MacBook Pro with OS X 10.9.2 operating system. Please help me before the printer dies from an accidental 5 floor fall.

How do I use my HP6500 E709A as a wireless printer
I am trying to connect my printer as wireless...when I used the set-up on the printer face itself, it tells me I need the HP book (which I don't have). I can't seem to find the wireless set-up wizard either. Is there a step by step instructional on this somewhere? My operating system is Windows 7 Thank you in advance for your help!

HP 6700 won't print
I've had my HP 6700 installed for two months with no issues, now it won't print any documents. I have a Macbook Pro running 10.9.2. I can scan and print test pages, but no documents. I have deleted and added the printer, using the default installation and the printer IP address. I have restarted my router, computer and printer multiple times. Occassionally it will print one document, then nothing. It shows to be connected and printing in the queue, but it never prints.

Printer Connectivity
I have a HP Laserjet 1020
My computer authoprized an HP Update recently. When it was done, my llist of printers included HP Laserjet 1020 and HP Laserjet (copy 1). When I try to print, I get a message Cannot connect to printer. However, oif I go to my Control Panel , click on th eHPLaserjet printer and hit Print Test Page, the test page prints.
Any ideas?

HP Deskjet can't connect with Netgear Router
I have an HP Deskjet 3000 on my MAC OS.X 10.9 which used to work fine with my old router, I have since moved & purchased a new Netgear N600 Wireless Dual Band Router. I tried using the disk that came with the printer but it says the disk is no longer compatable with the software on my computer. I have tried connecting the printer by using the Wireless button on the printer which gives me the option of "Push Button" or "Pin" I have tried the Push Button with my router & nothing happens, it just times out. I'm not sure where I would enter Pin to try that option. NetGear support won't help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

photosmart c7180 blocked from my jetpack wifi.
I have one of those Verizon Jetpacks which allows up to 10 devices to connect to the internet. One day when I was the only one online (or so I thought), I noticed that three devices were connected. I did not recognize them and thought that a stranger had breached my password and was using my internet. Since, I have limited data to use online, I disconnected the two "rogue" devices. Now the Jetpack will not let my printer reconnect to the internet. I have talked to Verizon and they reset the Jetpack, which allowed my tablet to get online, but the HP Photosmart C7180 still will not connect. Does anyone know how to allow it to reconnect? I know it should be an option in the Jetpack, but we cannot find it. So, my question is: can I do anything to my printer that will give it a fresh new ID and allow it to connect again?

Change SSID Photosmart C4780
Hi,
I recently changed my router and also my SSID. I am trying to switch my printer over to the new SSID but am having great difficulty.
The printer works fine with a USB connection but I can not figure out how to make it work through WI-FI. I have tried making it connect using the WPS push and pin method without success.
I am running Mac OS X 10.9.
All the guides that I have read assumes that the printer is already on the network. I do not have the install CD that came with the printer.
I am trying to figure out how to make the switch a USB connection to a wireless connection without the use of the originall install CD.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HP Officejet 6500 Wireless Printer All-In One stopped printing and copying
I have a HP Officejet 6500 Printer: Product # CB057A Model: E709n. It has been working fine but today suddenly stopped printing and will not copy a simple black and white sheet. Dognostics is telling me Incompatiable Components: Some components installed on computer were developed for another version of HP utility. Click HP Support Site and download latest version of HP software. I have done this but problem still persists. How does this printer work well one day and stop functioning the next day with the same Macpro and I Max computers? Please help!

HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw unable to communicate with product
Hi guys,
I've had a HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw for 12months now and it has worked great over my wireless network. I recently upgraded from router from a 5 year old single band router to a late model dualband wireless N router.
Since i did this my HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw was unable to reconnect to my new network.
I have uninstalled the drivers and have tried reinstalling the drivers but each time (after I select Connect the Product/Coonect through wireless network, have tried both Yes retrieve the wirelss settings on my computer and No I will enter the wirelss settings manually) but no matter which I select the printer is installed successfully but then gets stuck at 15% and says cannont communicate with the product.
I have disabled my firewall during the installation and have only used the USB cable when the installation has asked me to do so.
The printer is visible in control panel but each time I do a test print or send something to the printer in the sys tray the print job is shown but nothing ever happens.
The installation will work fine if I install it via the directly connect to the computer using USB option.
If I do a test print fromt he printer itself by going into the network setting, network test it prints a page that says:
Wireless On Pass
Wirelss Working Pass
Network Name SSID Found Fail
Security Fail
Your HP printer cannot find your wirelss router. The WPA authentification method on your HP has changed fromt he default setting.
Is there anyway I can edit the SSID network name and password without having to do this install process?
This is really frustrating. Just spent 3 hours with HP support which got me know where (they were reading the script the supplied me) and then when I rebooted and went to go back to online chat support the website tells me their support is only available during business hours!

I have a network printer serving 50 Users. How can i determine the number of pages printed by any one user. This is required as i have to charge for the pages printed by that user... may be say.. over a week or ..month.

Loss of Network Connectivity with HP 6700 OfficeJet
Ok, here is the deal. I have two installations of MS Windows 8.1. I have a wireless network and HP 6700 setup on the wireless network.
My Windows 8.1 Pro maintains the connection to the printer without an issue. It is always connected and working fine. The printer has a statis IP address as well.
My 2nd installaion of Windows 8.1 is the standard not the Pro version, this is the one that continues to disconnect from the printer. If I send a print job out of this it won't print until I turn the printer off and back on again, then it prints.
This is bugging the crap out of me as to why one version of Windows 8.1 stays connected and the other isn't. I'm using KVM switch between the two systems and I'm at a loss. I have tried all of the suggestions on this forum but no luck getting this to stay connected on both systems.
Someone please help me with this issue.

Photosmart 2710 and WPA2 security question
I just bought a new router that uses WPA or WPA2 security. All of my devices run much faster using the WPA2, but the Photomart 2710 printer dosen't seem to be able to work with WPA2. Is there any way to upgrade the printer softare to use WPA2. I use the wireless printing with my laptop much more than the desktop with a cable connection to the printer. Going back to WPA security is not really an option because of the slower speed. I'm afraid the answer is going to be no, but I have to check. Thanks for any answers.
