WiFi active & verified. Scanner finds computer. Can scan from computer to scanner. Scanner to computer get message to open HP software, select Scanner Actions, select Manage Scan to Computer & Enable. Cannot find way to navigate there. When I click on HP software to HP Printer to HP Scan a window opens for scanning items from the computer to scanner. That part works. Have Windows 7 OS.

Printer connection error
In my control panel, the printer all of sudden shows up double!
One of the two seems to be fine, and the other one gives the status: "Not Connected".
Funny thing is, if you try to select the one that looks normal (and connected) as default printer, the other one gets the green checkmark. Then when you try and print you get the error message that the computer is offline.
On the display screen from the printer itself it says that it's successfully connected wireless.
I can't fix the problem... help!

C7280 will scan to computer but will NOT print
I recently completely reinstalled the software for my C7280 printer using Windows 8 and have run every diagnostic I can find but everything says it is working. Unfortunately, everything I have tried to print does not. I have successfully scanned a pciture to my computer several times. But printing even a test page will not work. The printer queue also shows what looks like it printed successsfully as nothing stays caught in the queue. I have had years of connectivity issues with this printer but now what am I doing wrong?

Where are the explanations for the error codes in Envy 120 EWS Event Log
I have been having trouble with the printer, and following diagnostic recommendations from a separate thread, have looked at the event log.
I see a series of events, mostly 74899 Printer Event and 74741 Network Information.
What I DO NOT SEE is any explanation of these events, and whether they are normal or indications of trouble.
I have also searched online for the Secret Message Decoder but nothing was found with Bing or Google.
Seriously, what value are the codes without a way to interpret them?
I beginning to regret my long-term loyalty to HP products.

HP 3511 all in one won't connect to my wireless modem
I just switched providers and now can not get my printer to connect to my modem. I have tried the WPS button but it is not finding the modem I guess. I do know that my modem has two different addresses (its the new one from Grande) the tech support said to try to find one but this printer does not give me that option. PLEASE HELP I HAVE TO PRINT STUFF TONIGHT.

hp officejet 4620 all in one
I recently replaced my old modem & router with a new Gateway AGT784WNV Wireless Router. I have a iMac running OS 10.7.5. I could not use the wi fi to connect to printer as I could not locate the Network. So I bought a 2.0 USB and connected it and I could print, but my wife using the same Mac with another password cannot print. As of now she needs to email me documents for me to print on the same computer. What can I do to fix this issue. Thank you.

Printer will not work with new router
I have new BT Home Hub 3 and cannot get HP C4585 to work wirelessly. I have default settings on printer. Software does not download (driver). Windows 8.1 64 bit.Print doctor does not work. Cannot use CD to install as only works with Vista and XP. Tried EVERYTHING! Help!!!!

Connect HP Photosmart D110 air printer to my Laptoop - no CD
I have a working HP Photosmart D110 Series printer that works from my iphone and iMac and iPad. I now have a PC laptop that I would like to set up the printer on and cannot find the CD with the drivers. I have tried to search for new driver information but the D110 did not come up on the list. How can I find the right driver online and get it to talk to my PC?

T120 Network Connection
Just purchased a DesignJet T120. I cannot get it to aquire an IP address with a wired connection. Every Hp printer I have installed aquires it's IP after a minute or so. This printer will not. I changed the ethernet cable, ran a direct link to the switch with no result.
It will connect through our wireless network, but I do not want to do it that way. Any ideas??

Connecting hp Officejet Pro 8600 wirelessly to Dell XPS 420
Just bought a new hp Officejet Pro 8600, and have not been able to connect it wirelessly to my Dell XPS 420 desktop. It works perfectly with my MAC, but will not work with my Dell.

HP7520 Scan to Computer Doesn't Function, But Printing Does
I've had an HP 7520 for a while now, and I used to be able to scan to computer with no problem. However after upgrading one machine to WIndows 8 and re-installing the HP software, that no longer works. I left the Desktop as a Windows 7 desktop, but have the same problem - again, the printing works but wireless 'scan to computer' doesnt' work, and my computers both say a scanner is not installed. Ive tried many ways of installing the scanner drivers, but no dice. Does this rather expensive multifunction machine need to go on the junk heap now? If so I'm switching over to Epson - I've had enough issues with HP equipment!!!!!!!

Wireless printer connected but offline with new Xfinity router
Had FIOS Actiontec wireless router, HP 6515 printer worked OK as a wireless network printer. Just replaced FIOS with Xfinity Cisco router. The HP 6515 printer shows as connected (printed network configuration page) but both PCs (Windows 7) indicate printer is offline (no check mark). Printer has fixed IP address to work with FIOS router. Have run HP Print & Scan Doctor with no success. Suggestions? Thanks!

Hi,
Our router broke so we changed it but we can't connect to the desk jet with Iphones Macbook or desktop Mac at all, they all worked before the router stopped working.
We tried turning everything off and rebooting but without success.
We then tried reinstalling but nothing finds the desk jet,we also ran a test on the desk jet and the report says it's not connected but can see our broadband network.
Can you please help I'm at a loss?
